Inspired by our Dominican roots and fueled by a passion for organic ingredients, we’ve created a mobile coffee and charcuterie cart that brings elegance, warmth, and flavor wherever we go.

Delia’s was born from our sister brand, Cured by the Sea, a luxury charcuterie business known for artful grazing displays and elevated catering experiences. It was through this work that we saw how much joy and beauty could be created by pairing food with intentional presentation. Wanting to bring that same magic to coffee, we introduced Delia’s, complete with artisanal lattes, Dominican pastries, and mini charcuterie bites that pair perfectly with each cup.

Our specialty Dominican coffee is complemented by thoughtfully crafted flavors like Dulce de Leche, Strawberry Cream, Vanilla Bean, and Dominican Mocha. Each sip and bite is designed to feel indulgent yet approachable, a luxury experience, made mobile.
